The staff (Martin, Rachel , Bridgette , Claudine) at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, EVERY single worker was polite and offered a warm smile. I appreciated the complimentary perks like water bottles, soft lighting, free sodas/ wine in the room, beautiful throws, candles, plants, fluffy pillows and a view of Lionshead……
