“Fab location with views to die for! Old building a little dated in places but very clean and mostly well maintained. The staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming especially Katie on reception who helped when I went to report my TV was not working. The staff is the restaurant were very attentive and the food was outstanding, quite the best sea bass I’ve ever had! Nice pool and steam room. Would definitely stay again…”

“So quite a big hotel in good location in Paignton. Plenty of free parking and EV charging on site. Staff all very friendly and helpful (we were initially given the wrong type of room but this was quickly rectified). Room was decent size, clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom and bedroom generally looking a bit tired and dated but given the price, we couldn’t be too picky. Had breakfast on one of the days. It was reasonable but the cooked breakfast was quite small so we felt it didn’t……

“Nice big family bedroom, bottles of water in the mini fridge. Keith the owner was nice. Breakfast was lovely, order what you want the night before. Downside the stairs were very steep and was on the top floor.”

“The only issue is the facility to dry my hear whilst looking in a mirror. It was very difficult with the hair dryer cable being at full stretch as the mirror is half way down the corridor almost opposite the bathroom door & the nearest plug point is by the tea & coffee point ”

“We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. We would certainly be sure to book again when visiting the area.Our choice for booking this hotel was……

“We booked last minute without really doing any research but we got a lovely room with a bath/shower. The staff were all very welcoming, down to earth and friendly. Ideally located. Bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned to a high standard. Although there was shower gel/soap there was no shampoo & conditioner. ”
