“Had a great stay at the Best Western Lancashire Manor Hotel recently. It’s a really convenient base if you’re visiting the North West – just off the motorway, with plenty of parking and easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially for a three-star hotel, and everything was kept to a high standard throughout my four-night stay. “Check in was easy on the app but we did struggle to get the key to work at first, when we arrived. A very friendly member of staff helped us out. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was excellent. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a weird noise like a car alarm which went on for ages after you switched the light off, but it did stop eventually. One thing to note, as you have a virtual key on your phone you don't have a key card to put in the box to switch on the……
