“The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is in a central downtown location that is easily accessible to different areas of NOLA but still nice and quiet. Tim was an outstanding staff member that stood out to us during the entirety of the trip. Not only was he kind, sincere, and professional, but he made it his business to remember our names. That truly goes a long way. We felt valued, appreciated, and made our stay feel more personalized. I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone wanting……

“I found the room comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and liked the size and placement of the tv. The shower was nice and hot and good pressure. I liked the coffee in the lobby and the service was great. We had an issue with getting our room cleaned, but it was resolved after we talked it over with the front desk attendant. I loved the location in the French quarter and the restaurant next door was good quality and easy to access. The shower was tiny but still big enough to use……
