“My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Henry Howard Hotel. The hotel has a lot of charm and character, the location is convenient to everything in the Garden District, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. “Had a really nice stay, room was clean beside normal wear and tear damage. The automatic widow shades would not work properly the entire stay. Yes the front off offered to relocate me, but I was in the middle of getting dress for a family event so I didn't have time to change rooms the maintenance man came up and fix the widow shades but I didn't appreciate his comments that nothing was wrong with the blind in the beginning, if I have to push down to raise the shade or change out the plug, sir……
