“ Amazing hotel. It’s evident that it is run by people who care about customer experience. Superbly decorated and well laid out restaurant and rooms. All modern requirements and very clean. Cozy bed and superb shower. Staff are professional and friendly throughout.”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”

“Rooms were nice and staff were friendly. Stayed on the 4th floor try and avoid if you can. Room was directly under restaurant so got disturbed early on with chairs and tables shuffling and banging common about 7.45am”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”
