“I liked how close it was to downtown (the authentic Mexico) and the tourist areas (e.g. 5th ave). I loved having separate rooms so that late returns didn't disturb early sleepers. I loved having a kitchen to order food and make breakfast. ”

“Super tranquila nuestra estancia, muy segura y controlado el acceso, limpieza, instalaciones y equipamiento de la cocina suficiente para que prepares comida. La zona de alberca muy agradable y cuenta con elevador. Se encuentra relativamente 3 supermercados y estás a 2 calles del centro donde hay varios negocios de comida, telefonía, ropa, lavanderías. No tiene estacionamiento pero dejas el auto frente a los apartamentos, sin problema de espacio.”

“Mareazul is a beautiful complex on the ocean w/ an enormous & unique pool. This apartment is one of the closest to the beach w/ amazing views from the master bedroom, living room, and multiple balconies. I moved the bed across the room (it was on wheels) to see the ocean from bed. We used the jacuzzi on the upper balcony with an ocean view (note, it's a jacuzzi tub that you fill. Not a hot tub). We ate at the main restaurant where I had an amazing fruity drink (wish I remembered the name)……

“We absolutely loved this property! Frank , our host was VERY attentive to any requests and was super accomodating. The property had all of needs covered...and was super clean and comfortable. It was easy to catch a cab/bus in front of the property and a quick walk to to the grocery store. We would def stay again!”

It is also an older properly and you may encounter issues with power when using multiple appliances. The user did noted that the TV do not work in the guest bed room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at this location.”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
