“We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. ”

“We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it! Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. Incredibly convenient.They keep the grounds incredibly clean and tidy. The staff,excellent. So nice and welcoming. It’s in walking distance to everything in downtown. “From the moment my family arrived and the valet opened our door , I knew it was going to be a very top notch stay . The check-in went smooth. The 3 pools were beautiful and the service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the Gulf was incredible and the shopping around the hotel was very walkable.
