“Housekeeping never came to our room until about two hours before checkout “to see if the room was vacant”. Our trash wasn’t emptied during our stay. They didn’t check to see if we needed towels or anything. We ran our dishes in the dishwasher before leaving. ”

“The staff was the best part about my stay. Quite honestly, I was somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. The door my room had dirt marks all over it near where the key card is used. The walls in the room had some dirt on them as well. The bathroom was very clean, however. The beds were amazing! I loved the quietness of the room. The hotel does offer a lot of options such as the champagne on arrival and the wine in the afternoons and the cookies at night, but it would be nice……
