“The location was excellent and the room was well appointed. We got the breakfast included, which was tasty and the service staff outstanding. However, there were some disappointments. All the balconies were closed, which was not announced. The price for parking was exorbitant, and not mentioned at any point. Front desk staff were uneven—some were friendly and helpful, some dismissive. All in all, we weren’t unhappy with the stay, but given the number of interesting historic hotels nearby,……

“I loved the cleanliness of the property. Many times I walk into a hotel and smell smoke, but not here. This place was well maintained. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff there was great! The only issue I have and the only reason I didn't give it five start was the front desk employee had a bit of an attitude. My fridge wasn't working and I needed it to put away some dog food that I brought. When I mentioned it to her she stopped eating and made it seem like she was doing me……

“The hotel was a bit difficult to find even using GPS. We called the hotel and the front desk attempted to guide us to the hotel. We did eventually find it. Other than that, it was an amazing hotel. Loved the old architecture mixed in with the new. The room was quite unique and very comfortable. Great location also. The staff was also superb ”
