“The staff was very friendly and had no problem checking in or out. We were able to leave our luggage until we left the property. The one downfall was that the walls to our room were very thin. We could hear the people next to us singing, taking, coughing, etc. we even heard people on the other side.”

“I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. ”

“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

“The amenities were as promised, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable. It had one of those showers with a glass panel looking out into the room, very romantic for Valentine's Day when my wife and I stayed there. The valet garage was very convenient and the valet staff were very kind and attentive. I could have given everything a five star except it was a little expensive considering there was a shared coffee maker, which was actually pretty cool, but looked like it hadn't been cleaned……

“Disappointed that the breakfast voucher I was given wasn't very helpful given the coffee counter had no food available until after I checked out. I guess if you open @ 6;00 a.m. for breakfast, you should probably be prepared to server breakfast?”

“The hotel itself is really good, but located in the city center, there are so many homeless people and druggies that make me feel unsafe.”
