“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The friendly staff at the counter made us feel at home. This is a very natural hotel. We just don't need a TV. Although there is no air-conditioning, it is very comfortable and there is always a natural wind blowing in. really great The reception staff are beautiful and kind. “The place was very nice and we thought the location was really nice, kind of tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still not too far from town. The AC worked great and kept us cool at night and they left a large container of filtered water in the fridge, which was super helpful. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!”

“We had an excellent stay at the Waiakea Villas. The room was comfortable and the amenities were excellent. Check-in was by lockbox, but it was easy to use. There is a State Park just around the corner which was a nice place to walk in the mornings. The room does not have central A/C (like many places in Hawaii) but it did have a portable unit. We did not find instructions for how to use the portable unit in the room's guest guide, but eventually figured out that there is an outflow pipe for hot……

“Had a very pleasant stay at Jenipher and Davidʻs home. Jenipher communicated well and responded to all questions/concerns. The studio was fully stocked with amenities galore! Very clean, inviting and peaceful. I heard the coqui frogs at night but didn’t mind or lose sleep over it. Loved the interior local decor and cool relaxing colors. I was allowed to bring my cat too (I brought my own kitty’s supplies) which I appreciated very much! ”
