“Is acceptable ”

“We have been having great experiences in Hawaii at every place we have stayed so far. But I have to mention something special about this property. We stayed here only for one night -but every bit of it was worth it. The staff at the reception desk on 20 th evening - her name is Ipo - was just amazing! We just mentioned that our younger one’s birthday is on 21 st and we wanted to know if there was an option of getting a cake somewhere. Not only she arranged a cake as a courtesy , she got……

The manager was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. I had a small problem while there and it was addressed and fixed within 24 hours. Very good experience. ”

We didn't experience any disruptive noise from the kennels and the yard was nice with birds. We met the owner a couple times and she was kind.
