Very clean room and you can get almost anything ready for a relaxable vocation with families: Steve and Maryanne are very responsive and welcoming, and they care customers a lot, they provide an amazing book of instructions to show everything from the room inside to restaurants and beaches outside in big island, the property provides a lot cooking and beach items which is very helpful for big family!At last the view of property is great! “We absolutely loved our stay! The property looks just like the pictures and actually feels more spacious in-person. We had everything we could need between the kitchen, bathrooms, and garage. Cooked breakfast every morning, BBQ’d out on the patio, plenty of linens, and lots of fun gear for the beaches in the garage. We had no issues accessing the unit or the amenities - like the lovely community pool that’s just steps away from the back patio. The patio is also a fun place to bird watch or hang……

“The unit is immaculately clean. In a perfect location for getting around the east side of the Big Island. If you just want to hangout in Hilo it’s terrific. You could walk and bike to so many places. The view was better than I expected. It’s an older building and the tub is a little tired but overall the unit is very well kept. The management company is very quick to respond to questions. ”
