“This property was a hit with our group. It was conveniently located to visit Acadia National Park while avoiding the crush of Bar Harbor, which can get loud and congested. ”

“This place was perfect for our first visit to Maine. It was close enough to Acadia, but far enough to be away from the crowds and traffic. When we didn’t feel like driving to the park, we explored Schoodic peninsula, and went to a few of the preserves on Hancock Point. The only “complaint” we had was that there were no condiments or spices there. My husband loves to cook, so he had to improvise or purchase, and then we had to bring it all home with us. We drove, so it wasn’t a big deal. Other……

“Me, my husband, and our friend had never been to Maine before we stayed at Sea Spray. We were looking for a relaxing and low-key retreat. It was perfect — with views to match! Right there by the ocean. We enjoyed toasting marshmallows and making s’mores at night by the fire pit. The house and property are both well-cared for. While they provide you with privacy, the homeowners are very helpful to respond to any needs that may arise during your stay. They even had homemade popovers with Maine’s……

“I would give this property 100 stars if I could! Best VRBO I have ever stayed. It is immaculate, private, well appointed with floor to ceiling windows looking over the tidal basin. The tidal water changes are a show in themselves and the wildlife adds to its splendor. The gas fireplace warmed the rooms when the air cooled in the evening. Full kitchen to eat-in and use. A perfect size home for a couple or two. Bar Harbor and Acadia NP are a short drive, and Hancock has many hiking options. But……
