“This very-well equipped house is spacious with plenty of space for our three-generation family group. The pictures are accurate and the house is every bit as nice as it looks. The private aspect, overlooking the water was particularly nice. The hosts were quick to respond to queries. ”

“My husband and I have always wanted to enjoy Maine in the fall. We couldn’t have been happier with the property and its location. It was perfect for the two of us and the view from the deck was gorgeous!! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Judy was a wonderful hostess as well.”

“We loved staying at this sweet cottage with just the right amount of room and charm. It is cozy without being cramped and is great for two couples or in our case parents and two adult daughters who shared a bed. The real gem is the deck overlooking the water, with a dining table and Adirondack chairs perfect for a morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Perfectly situated between Acadia and Schoodic Peninsula, we highly recommend this gorgeous spot.”

“Sea Spray was absolutely wonderful! The owners have thought of everything down to the last detail to make this a perfect home for guests. The views are some of the best we saw on our trip to Maine…. absolutely incredible! You can look right out at Cadillac Mountain! It was an easy drive to Mount Desert Island, where we enjoyed Acadia National Park. Equally close is the Schoodic Peninsula. You must go see Schoodic Point. It was even more impressive than the coastlines on Mount Desert Island. The……

“The view would be hard to beat at any other place, big windows with that beautiful view, watching the tide come in and out, and the mountains over the water, picture perfect. Convenient to Acadia, Bar Harbor, and many of the other quaint little towns. Place was clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable. Would have no problem coming back to Mark‘s place.”

“Beautiful private location with wildlife (wild turkey, porcupine, deer). House is a little rustic with low water pressure but it is clean and the beds are comfortable. Host communication was great.”

“Our 6-day stay at Tidal Lodge cottage was a trip to remember. The atmosphere was outstanding with an impeccably clean home and unparalleled views. We saw bald eagles and seals, cormorants, and so many other cool creatures every morning and evening. Tracey was the best host with regular communication in advance and during our stay.
