“This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable. This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi. My task now is to get my money back from……

“我們有三個人，飯店有3人的房間，讓我們在住宿的預算上可以控制得當，否則必須選擇4人房。旅館不是新建物，但是電梯、衛浴設備都沒有任何問題，而且房間也乾淨。員工的接待也讓我們很舒服，推薦大家旅遊的時候選擇這家飯店”
