“This is a lovely country hotel, i stayed last weeknin a garden room. This week I chose a room in the Hotel itself which was great unfortunately the staff went home and left music playing in the Restaurant down below and this kept me awake ! The Management compensated me in the morning for the inconvenience which was good of them. The food was excellent and the ambience was great so I will definitely stay again .”

“We had an absolutely fabulous one night stay at the Cottage Lea's Country Hotel. The location is perfect - secluded and quiet, with beautiful scenery and delightful, well maintained gardens which had plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, as well as relaxing seating in the lounge area. Our room was spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable - the bed made it difficult to get out of! Becky and Lottie were absolutely perfect hosts - friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. “Beautiful olde English pub with great atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We had a dog friendly room at the back of the property, easy walking to local park. Excellent breakfast and evening meal the best vegetarian I’ve had ad in years.”

“The hotel staff where lovely and the rooms very spacious and clean ,we stayed in 24 could have done with a note on the entrance door for people not to slam tge door or bang theyre cases up and down the stairs as number 24 is right under the stairs .Had a lovely stay will be back .”
