“This is a lovely country hotel, i stayed last weeknin a garden room. This week I chose a room in the Hotel itself which was great unfortunately the staff went home and left music playing in the Restaurant down below and this kept me awake ! The Management compensated me in the morning for the inconvenience which was good of them. The food was excellent and the ambience was great so I will definitely stay again .”

The location is perfect - secluded and quiet, with beautiful scenery and delightful, well maintained gardens which had plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, as well as relaxing seating in the lounge area. Our room was spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable - the bed made it difficult to get out of! Becky and Lottie were absolutely perfect hosts - friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. “Great place to stay on a working farm. Room was spacious with a good kitchenette. There is a small, well stocked store to buy food/drinks onsite which is helpful as the location is not near shops. Location is great being right near the walking and cycling trails. ”
