“The staff are very friendly and helpful! This hotel is older so one should expect to find an older pool, older sliding doors and bath tubs etc. I was not planning to need to spend the night in Puerto Plata but I am definitely thinking about planning a trip back to stay here again!”

“We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and it was exceptionally nice. We had our own private pool which was cleaned by the staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable, like organizing a golf cart and taxis for us. Highly recommend!”
