“We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. The was more deer feed at the cabin, which we sprinkled in the meadow out front, and had lots of deer visitors which we enjoyed watching. “Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties……

“Loved our stay here for our trip to Garner State Park! Only 5 minutes from the park entrance, the beautiful yard area and dog friendly policy originally drew us in, and the charming little cabin vibe made it perfect! We loved the picnic tables and fairy lights, and the swing was so cute!! The house had 3 AC units, and kept the house COLD! Description said they weren't in the whole house, but we were extremely comfortable and they absolutely reached every part of the house easily. It cooled……
