“I have stayed in this hotel several times now over the last 10 years. Every time I stay here I am impressed by the helpful staff. On this occasion we were there for 4th July which is also my wife's birthday. They gave us a great city view for the fireworks (which were unfortunately cancelled) and vouchers for a free breakfast buffet. Great customer service.”
