“Beautiful grounds. Great activities for the kids. The food was disappointing. Lack of AC in barn area where we paid $75 for a BBQ buffet hosted by the Hyatt. Also, very limited options for the buffet. Definitely not worth $75. Food in other restaurants were also so-so. There were kids in the lazy river who were throwing rocks at each other and in the pool. There was NO one to monitor or correct these kids. Either staff or parents. Very frustrating for a mom of two toddlers. ”

“The house offered great location with a short path to the Blanco River. House is nicely remodeled and included a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress and bedding, a recently remodeled bathroom, and featured a laundry room. Also included a covered porch off the kitchen, a hot tub, fire pit, and horseshoe area. The only caution I would have is the rather sizable step-up into the kitchen and the bathroom that may cause issues for elderly or very young.”

“This was a beautiful hotel, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Though the guest rooms could use some updates, they were clean and comfortable. The pools and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and are hoping to get back to Fredericksburg again. We will definitely stay here. ”
