“Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. We were in 2 different rooms and in both the air conditioner leaked water on floor. If sleeping on that side of bed your feet would get wet from water soaked carpet unless u wanted to crawl over the bed to get out. It would b nice if jotels would supply enough towels and wash clothes for the number of occupants in the room. ”

“I can’t recall the names of the two women at the front desk the night my wife and I stayed for our 1 year anniversary. BUT, they were amazing. We will DEFINITLEY be staying at this hotel again. It’s our favorite hotel we’ve stayed at since we’ve been together and it was a beautiful way to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you!! ”

“Great location. Near the free streetcar that will take you to the city market on the the north end of the line to Union Station and Crown Center on the other end (beginning in a couple of months it will reach the Plaza). Great eats at the hotel and in the area, The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Dine at the Savoy Grill - if you can, sit in the same booth Harry Truman used to use when he ate at the Savoy. ”
