“The hotel is old and poorly maintained. My first night, around 3 am in the morning, the fridge is broken and woke me up with screaming noise. I asked them to fix it the second day, but it the same. End up I need to unplug the fridge.”

“今次旅程主要住在舊城區這間酒店，房間算是寬敞，當然說不上豪華，但勝在交通方便，好多景點都可以行到去，職員服務態度良好，很好的住宿體驗。”

“房間圖文不符，沒有窗戶，浴室門檔會滲水，飯店很努力推銷行程和租車，比起還劍湖東邊的飯店，附近很吵而且交通混亂。環劍湖東邊的飯店服務更好，環境更佳。”

“We stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover. The good is the size of the rooms and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bad, terrible pillows, noisey room from the busy road noise and even though we had prearranged transfers with “their driver” on our return to the airport they just ordered a taxi. Paid 100,000VND when we could have got a grab for 30k, the hotel clearly pocketed 1/2 and paid the taxi the other half. Pick up from the airport it self was well organised so my advice is……

“The hotel is beautiful. Everything looks like new. The roof bar is value for money. It's not easy to find a great view from the top of the building. Also, staffs are really helpful. They whatsapp me about the arrangement before the day I checked in, and offer help 24/7. Such a good team. ”

“First of all may the reception girl was absolutely amazing. On the other hand the boss lady was not so amazing. Small rude behaviors. Always dressed up in some fancy outfits. Then when the new manager came she rudely told me to deal with although I had dealt with her for a few days. Room was clean and comfy. The place had a different name than what's on hotels. Com. ”

“Decent hardware considering the age but questionable service for a four star hotel. Refused to give two key cards even if we booked a twin bedroom. ”
