“Oaklands is on the outskirts of the centre of Chester. Bus stops are close by but it's also a nice walk (25mins or so) to the start of the city walls. Parking is available both at the front and rear with plenty of spaces and no extra charge. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. “This is the most quaint place I’ve ever stayed. After talking to the owner, this used to be an old courthouse. many years ago. “Property was located right in the heart of Wrexham, with easy/convenient walk from the train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Room and bed were very comfortable for my two night stay. Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, however, everything was very clean and worked perfectly.
