“Lovely hotel on golf course with refurbished spacious rooms. Nice selection at dinner but the continental breakfast was a bit lacking.”

“The check-in was located in the pub adjacent to the hotel. All meals were taken in the pub. The amenities surrounding the hotel were very sparse (the aforementioned pub, and a garage (which had a decent shop within it). There were new amenities being built adjacent to the hotel, which will give greater options on future visits. For a business trip, I found the facilities to be excellent.”

“Lovely Victorian/Edwardian hotel. We had a very spacious sunlight filled room on the third floor (no lift). Shower open ended without door or curtain 😕 and water ended up all over the bathroom… Breakfast was full English cooked to order with array of fruits and cold options. Would stay again.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights do a conference locally and it was perfect. Friday enjoyed a beautiful meal in the restaurant. Staff went above and beyond. Very approachable if I had any questions. Looking forward to coming back next year! ”

“The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately on booking we didnt look at opening times. We booked to stay on a Monday. The hotel takes bed & breakfast bookings but the bar & restaurant isnt open on Mondays. So we had to drive 15 minutes to another village for food. Not what we realy wanted to do, but the luckily the other pub served food. It only says on opening time that the bar & restaurant is closed Mondays. It needs to more clearer on website as why would we look at……

“Stayed for two nights as attending a function locally. Accommodation perfect for us. Well appointed studio with en-suite shower/wc. Very clean and nicely furnished. Own entrance to rear of pub. Street parking plentiful and free. Pub restaurant had tasteful decor, friendly staff and good food. This would make an ideal base for touring south Lincolnshire or north west Norfolk. ”

“I had a really great stay at the Bull Inn which is located in a lovely quiet village surrounded by the countryside. My room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable, and because it’s so peaceful, I had a fabulous nights sleep. Beats noisy large chain hotels any day!!! Lots of tea / coffee with biscuits provided which was nice as I’ve been to many hotels recently where you get minimal items. Lots of free parking and directly outside your own room which was brilliant for carrying suitcases……

“This was probably the weirdest hotel experience in my life. The huge manor has been converted to a hotel but has been neglected recently (including a time housing asylum seekers - Google it). The time around 10 of the 100+ rooms are being used so you “rattle around” especially when you’re the only guests!! The hotel needs investment but it has so much potential and you can imagine it being a thriving hotel in the past. Imagine Covid and only a few rooms allowed to open. We knew there were no……
