“The Malcolm has become my favourite hotel to stay in Canmore. The amenities are superb.. hot tub..fire pit & pool. I’ve enjoyed many first class meals at the Stirling where lovely Jessica has been my hostess. I chose a Malcolm Royal King room overlooking the Mount Lady Macdonald & Policeman’s Creek from the top floor this time, much quieter than the pool view. My room was spacious and comfy. A big thanks to all your wonderful staff for making another stay memorable. I hope to return in……

“Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. “clean and close to Banff town”

“In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.”

“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”
