“We went for our honeymoon. The room was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and snacks. There was a lot of board games in the room and a small kitchen area with a dishwasher. The building was secure and there were many amenities available. We spent most of our time on the water and dining out at several of the local restaurants.”

“This one berm condo is tastefully furnished, well laid out, and very well equipped. Judy is a great host- informative, polite and timely. While the condo is on the first floor, the balcony is up one level that provides privacy and a nice elevated view of Craddock Creek, with Smith mtn as the backdrop. Overall great accommodation ! ”

This is a special property that has been beautifully restored to include open space, modern conveniences and nice furnishings and decor. The Dutchess on Pearl retains the feeling and charm of the era it was built including original wood flooring. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and common areas conducive to shared conversation. “Absolutely beautiful property. Close to the downtown river front venues and activities. The location seemed to be close to the main thoroughfares around Lynchburg. I do t think we were more than 15 min drive from anywhere. We had a fabulous stay. ”
