“This hotel is the best one we’ve stayed at in all the years we’ve visited Ames. A fantastic find for our son’s graduation weekend at Iowa State! We booked two rooms which were spacious, comfy, well-appointed suites that incl a kitchenette and sleeper sofa. There was enough room for all of us to gather, have drinks etc. Breakfast was outstanding in comparison to other hotels in the area. Staff was friendly and professional. Super clean. Highly recommended! ”

“We stopped here last minute on a road trip and it was the nicest hotel of our 6 days!! Pool, Hot Tub, clean room, clean bathroom, all the amenities we needed. We were so impressed and it was affordable too. Would definitely stay there again and will be looking for Best Western Plus on more trips.”

“Excellent service at the desk. Personable and friendly. Pool was perfect for the kiddos and the hot tub was hot. Slept well. Quiet. AM breakfast was average. ”

“Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast choices and all for a low rate. We travel to Des Moines several times a year and usually stay downtown but I think this will be our new go to place it saves us $100 a night plus its only a 15 minute drive to the downtown area. ”
