Only downside: noise insulation of rooms is poor, 5th floor rooms need seever upgrade on noise insulation towards rooftop restaurant and bar. Otherwise noise kills until 1am and atarts with breakfast prep from 530am. ”

“This is not a traditional hotel with a lobby or services. The check-in counter is open to the street and next to a cafe. The room is nice though, with enough space for two and a small sink area. It is close to some tourist spots. There were, however, people panhandling around the area that made us feel not that safe staying out too late.”

“这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。真的是用心在经营。下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。”

“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated). It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.”
