“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The room is comfortable and large.”

“In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Kleines und sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet, kostenlose Tea-Time mit Gebäck, Kaffee, Tee und Softdrinks am Nachmittag. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Top-Hotel in Venedig. ”

“有24小時的櫃檯是件很貼心的事，但是晚上的櫃檯人員比較冷淡讓我們有點畏懼問問題，早餐送到房內也很棒，但是每天都是一樣的太簡單的麵包”

“ The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. ”

“Beautiful property, right there in grand canal which makes it walkable to all the interest places in Venezia. Convenient to arrive and depart since water taxis can pick you up front. The room was amazongtwith a view to the grand canal, very safe area with lots of dining options. Staff is wonderful, especially the guys at the bar, amazing service. Breakfast was also great!”
