Reception clerks are nice and rooms are clean. The bathroom supplement and garbage bags were forgotten a few times. “We opted for this hotel over an Airbnb, expecting the benefits of 24-hour front desk service, in-person check-in, and housekeeping. Unfortunately, none of these services were available. Upon arrival, we found that check-in was self-service via a code. While staff members were occasionally present, there was no housekeeping, and assistance with questions—like how to use appliances such as the microwave or stove—was hard to come by.
