“Great place with a short walk on a private path to the beach, the house was great, well stocked and comfortable. The host was perfect, easy going, helpful and friendly, no list of 50 rules and things to do while there, simple and easy. Love the town, it was nice to be so close to the beach but a little drive to the house so it was quite and peaceful. Would stay there again.”

The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Fireworks on the beach were next-level, and it was amazing to watch the chaos and color unfold right outside the property.The unit itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home.……

“I have stayed at Anchorage Cottages many times and this is my favorite unit. For us who are older the one level is great although a walk in shower would be better than a tub shower. The location is great for walking to the North Beach Tavern which has great food. We did not use the trail to the beach and you cannot see the beach from the cottage but it is a very comfortable cabin and we enjoyed our time here.”
