“We enjoyed this place for our family as we were in town for an event at the LeConte center. It was nice that if sone of our party didn't have to be there as early, they could walk to the event center. It is also very close to the Ripkin baseball fields. The 1 bedroom suite style was very nice for our family of 5 to have a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement is to open breakfast a tad earlier. “The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs……

“The place was beautiful! Very well mantained and very well landscaped. They were still doing some updates but it was a lovely hotel. It was clean and had been nicely updated. The junior suite was perfect for me and my boyfriend to have a little weekend away. A lot of activities are within walking distance and the staff was so fun and friendly! We didn't bring my daughter this trip, but this hotel would be perfect for kids too. We will definitely look into staying here again. ”
