“The hotel was perfect for what we wanted ie: to have somewhere to stay near our son. Unfortunately the people in the next room were having a party until 1.30am and had the tv on until 2am. We could hear everything, conversations and the programme on the tv. We were unable to sleep. This is not the hotel’s fault but it did spoil our stay. We will stay again and hope other guests will be more considerate next time.”

“We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,……

“The hotel is very convenient both to arrive by car (close to the M53) or by train. I arrived from London by train and it's only a 10 minute walk from Hooton station. I received a warm welcome and was shown to my room, which was in an annexe to the main building, overlooking the garden. The service was friendly, professional and efficient, the room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom. ”

“Had a lovely visit the staff are friendly chatty and offer excellent service, the bar is clean and again friendly helpful staff, the restaurant is gorgeous and offers great choice of food, the food snd service are excellent. The room was large lots of space clean and comfortable. Fabulous place to stay in heart of everything facing the Cathedral, short walk to Chester Wall, short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. ”

“非常漂亮的莊園，莊園的室內裝飾的非常的典雅，室外空間非常大，很舒服可以去逛逛，每一個小細節都很重視，他們的早餐真是更是讓你覺得很精緻又豐富又好吃，英式早餐的肉類控制得恰到好處不會太焦，非常的好吃。這件事我全程住的17間最棒的一間飯店，絕對推薦只要是識假的一定要來這裡。這裡離outlet開車大概只有15分鐘的時間。”
