“Arrived at the hotel at the midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but provides all the things you need.Good place for a one night stay.”

“we checked in and multiple people were behind the counter and everyone seemed to be listening to the conversation which went on between me and the 2 guys helping me to check in. it felt awkward. when we got to the room it was not a king room as ordered so I went back to tell him. He first was resisting ,saying there was none but I showed him the reservation.He then got us the room we paid for.breakfast was ok - the coffee was not good.”

“The chairs in our room were out date and in disrepair. The floors left the bottoms of our feet dirty. The deck stain was gone and a huge bird nest was on the deck light with nest debris all over the little deck. There was no continental breakfast for the high price of our room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff were nice and very helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi was relaxing. I will definitely come again however I wish some of these things I’ve mentioned were addressed. ”

“I only gave a “1” on Cleanliness due to the dining staff at the included breakfast. We witnessed the waitress refilling the bread for toast with her bare hands (no gloves or tongs) then use her hands to open the kitchen door & came back out with more food in her bare hands. Also, we witnessed the used tables get wiped down with a wet cloth but there was never any sort of sanitizer sprayed on the surfaces. I’m not a germophobe, but I am aware of my surroundings. NYS law prescribes that either……

“We had three couples and we were celebrating a milestone birthday. The house was perfect. We each had our own bed and bath. The house was so well equipped with anything or everything you could want or need. Beautiful sunsets down at the dock. Went to fall festival and visited Johnson winery. Location was perfect and easy access. Would definitely rent again. Thanks to Sarah for being so accommodating ”
