“Killed a live bug that was in my room. I get it that they find their way in; afterall this is Florida in the Spring. Still, not something you wanna see. Also the bed bases were all scratched up.. Wasnt a bad hotel and I would stay there again.. Wasnt EXCEPTIONAL but it was ok and I'd stay again. Initial checkin rep at front desk was AMAZING!! She was so kind and thorough.. but other folks behind the desk were not very helpful; you kinda got the feeling that you were bothering them.……

“Extra courteous staff. We booked a room for the night before we came in on the cruise ship so we would have a place to go as soon as we disembarked. Less that 10 minutes from the port & made it in time to get fresh coffee and cinnamon bun waffles since breakfast was still going. We had a group but only booked 1 early room so we could hangout while deciding what to do next. They had rooms already clean & available for our families to book for that night and let them do early check in. 30 minutes……
