“The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent as they were very responsive to any questions I had. The neighborhood was very safe and close to many restaurants and the metro. The only downside was that it was noisy at night as it was a busy neighborhood.I would suggest wearing earplugs while sleeping. The condo was also small, but that was described accurately in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and the Internet and everything worked……

“In an excellent location just north of Dupont Circle. Lots of cafes, shops, restaurants, adjacent to the lovely Kalorama/Kalorama Heights neighborhood. The apartment is smallish but has everything one needs, including kitchen facilities. Recommend getting one of the rooms higher up to be away from the street noise on Connecticut Ave.”

“Location, communication, check in all great. Flexible with check-in time for an online meeting which was very appreciative. The unit is on the 4th floor, no elevator, so be prepared, we were. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Furnishing were a major let down. Stains all over couch chairs and rugs. Small dining table had all 4 legs broken and glued together, making it barely functional. Beds were average, disspointed in the cleanliness of the rugs within bedrooms (not even sure they……

"We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter"

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
