“Hotel Moloka’i is a nice place to spend some time at. Location is incredible and also close to the major town that offers breakfast, lunch and a couple of grocery stores. The staff is amazing. Always polite and helpful. Rooms are however run down and the fact that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast is definitely a minus. Restaurant options are also very limited. It would be nice if the beach in front of the hotel was cleaned up and sorted as it is amazing but the smell and the rotten seaweed……

“I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. It was very frustrating getting inside, but once I did, I really liked……
