“Great location for boating and sightseeing. Right next to fuel dock and ramp and trailer storage(about a minute away and open 7-5 everyday)on the water... Key colony beach marina. Very short idle to open ocean and close to vaca cut(gulf access)Several cool restaurants very close by water. Great amenities! Pool, hot tub, ice machine, deep freezer, dock with fish cleaning tables, bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks, even stocked k cups and keurig! Owners very friendly responsive and understanding!……
