“This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.
This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been……
“Was down with my grandson for two days the week before, I left my purse so decided to go down pick it up stay overnight, it is a lovely hotel, breakfast was delicious, rooms are lovely will definitely be back. ”
“Such a lovely hotel right on the harbour near loads of good pubs and restaurants - as well as the beach. Had a charming week while away working in Glasgow.”
