“WOW! We are staying 4 nights and so lucky to have chosen this hotel. The setting is fantastic, lovely and so relaxing especially the gardens, river, pond with ducks and the refreshing covered outdoor pool. Staff Marinela & Elena are very kind, helpful and efficient. Our room is spacious but minimal storage space. Lots of free parking and safe. Delicious outdoor breakfast by Karina and Cristina. A short drive to the town center. Highly recommended!”

“Fantastic staff, loved the room so much!! The only thing I would mention is our villa was downhill so the walk up to reception or the restaurant may be tedious for some, especially in the heat. ”

“Beautiful lush tropical grounds. Kids loved the pool, hot tubs and easy walk to the rope swing. In a quiet area away from town, but a bit far if you don't have a car. Sometimes it felt like we were the only guests there. Good value, especially with breakfast included.”

“We liked our stay at the Arenal Montechiari Hotel. It was different from a usual hotel because of the small, individual houses. Positive things about the houses are ...they have air conditioning, are clean, have a room safe for valuables, have a TV, and the breakfast is adequate. Every unit has a small porch with two chairs on it. The price for staying there is very reasonable, and the grounds are pretty with flowers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Negative things are... the small houses……

“首先，网上说的很吵闹并不觉得，可能是我拿到了一个二楼的房间（15）。wifi信号别的地方不错，这15房间里挺差劲的。另外，他并不提供牙刷牙膏。总体上来说不错，旅游区嘛价格也不是离谱。另外二楼阳台的景色不错，日落的时候等天气凉快一点，可以坐在沙发上看太阳从火山边上落下来，除了面前有几根电线挡住了视线。”

“Hotel is good in downtown La Fortuna but still one lane away so not very noisy although you can hear vehicles at night. 4 options for breakfast - and they are all good. I tried their avacado toast breakfast twice and it was good. I also had their rice beans eggs breakfast and it was good too. My wife had the fruit bowl and it was great too. Good coffee too. Hotel lobby has water dispenser so you dont have buy water but can use their filtered water. Hotel attracts good birds. Very close to mini……

“酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。”
