“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful.. the complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh options.. I would definitely recommend for location.. it was noisy outside because of the busy street close to the hotel, but when inside you could barely hear it.. “Este hotel ha sido nuestro destino desde hace 5 años. Nos dieron un upgrade y nos dieron nuestro “early arrival”, pero nuestra habitación no estaba al 100%, pues encontramos un pastel a medio comer en el refrigerador, el servicio de café estaba sucio y lleno de azúcar, lo cual nos dio una mala impresión, y nos decepcionó. “This hotel is beautiful small oasis in the middle of San Jose del Cabo. Architecture and interior design are wonderful. Lots of interesting art and sculpture and blooming bougainvillea around. Pool, bar, restaurant are excellent. Courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommended.”
