“My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone. They thought that I would not be back at the airport. Although I accidentally stayed in the room, the question was who would enter the room. They did not show me the CCTV. “酒店的位置係方便的。但第一天入住就發現厠所有臭味，通知左酒店，有改善。不過，第二天又有臭味，所以，我覺得這是個渠道問題，不易改進！酒店沒有洗衣設施，但網站話有的，所以，不知是誰的錯誤！床已有一般日子，所以，不舒服！”

“地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。”

“Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”
