“this was all that we expected. The place was clean, well stocked with the essentials and in a quiet neighborhood. Water pressure in shower was perfect! Everyone really enjoyed the pool also. Thankyou for having us.”

“We spent seven days at this property and had a fantastic time. The location, pool and interior of home were all very comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the items they had available as well (cooler, beach umbrella, pool noodles, etc). Overall would recommend and will be staying again :) ”

“We have just returned from a holiday at this property as a family of 8 (mixed age ranges, youngest being 6). This property is simply perfect, it’s clean, spacious, has everything you could need and a lovely pool with a fantastic view.When we initially booked we were concerned that with the pool being North facing we wouldn’t get any sun at the back of the property, however, we needn’t have worried as the sun was there most of the day and only started to disappear at about 7pm (April stay). “I booked the property for the weekend. The pool and hot tub were amazing! My children 5 and 1 both enjoyed their Winnie yhe Pooh room. My niece and son loved all the costumes in the closet and played dress up. The only downside was that the A/C too cold and we couldn't adjust it but there're worst things. Overall, a nice stay and a great time. ”

“Absolutely magical stay at Lake Berkley! Stunning sunrises over the lake. Beautiful neighbourhood. 20-25 mins drive from Disney. Only points for improvement.. to have ample cleaning products - kitchen and bathroom, hand soaps and bin bags etc ”

“Our party of eight included eight year-old granddaughters, their parents in their late 30s early 40s, and grandparents in their late 60s. We found this home to be extremely clean, convenient to all the Disney action, and the pool was an absolute must for our granddaughters. The home decor was lovely, and the home itself well appointed. I would love to stay here again someday.”
