“Our first room had a very wet floor and only room for one of the children so we called the service desk and they rectified the situation in minutes. They moved us into a beautiful room and helped us get settled in. The staff at the front desk also helped us plan our stay there. The staff in the kitchen was wonderful. We had bought a meal that needed to be reheated and they graciously did it for us. Our breakfast was great for all of the days as well. The bus stop is right outside of the door and……
