“Very small room, and had a terrible experience at check out, we asked for late check out and charged 20pounds for one hour extension, we spent 4 nights there already, there’s no service, not welcoming at all ”

“My wife and daughter arrived at the hotel to check-in and were told it hadn’t been paid for even though it was paid for on booking on Expedia. She was made to pay the balance again until she could contact me to get the receipt from the booking. She was then refunded the money which will take upto 5 days which is unacceptable in my opinion as it wasn’t an insignificant amount of money to be out of pocket ahead of our trip in london. Room was newly furnished and clean otherwise. ”
