“Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.”

Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity.
Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host!

“Stort rum, allt bra, parkering till ca 20 bilar, gratis. Ok utbud pp frukosten, öppnade dock 8;15. Strandhanddukar. Tar 4 min till stranden som är en gräsmatta. Ligger inte på stranden. Inget större uteliv. Ingen bar på hotellet. Lyhört. Hård säng. Båtarna på sjön går inte ofta. Bra område för surfning.
Om jag ska klaga på något så slamrade personalen otroligt mycket när de dukade av. Kaffebar i restaurang för den som dricker kaffe. Tråkigt bröd på frukosten ”

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
