“Very "homey" property!!! Rocking chairs, complimentary fresh donuts and coffee, popcorn, cookies, etc. Nice pool and hot tub which is open all night!! Comfy beds and just the nicest people working there that you will find. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back here if we are in the area again!!!”

“Everything was absolutely perfect for our 2 day stay. The room was immaculate. Our check in was a breeze since I did the pre-check-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a small shop you can get drinks out of. Their pool is open until 2 a.m.!! You cant beat that! There were plenty of ALL the amenities they say they provide. “This was an amazing hotel! The rooms were very nice, had a huge flat screen tv, beautifully decorated and clean. They had an indoor and outdoor pool and even in the beginning of October the outdoor was still open. They have a 3ft deep hot tub outside that is so big you can swim in it. My 6 year old even loved swimming in it. I was out there and looked up and saw the staff cleaning the outside of the hotel, dusting the walls, and we would see them working off and on just about all day. You can……

“This hotel was 4 minutes from Dollywood and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, you cannot beat this location. The room was extremely spacious and had lots of storage. Only “complaint” would be the bathroom door was frosted glass, so if you were in the bathroom while someone was sleeping the whole room was bright from the bathroom light. The room itself had blackout curtains though which was nice. ”
