“Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and……

“Wonderful property and place to stay!! Right along the river. Our room had a balcony that you could sit on and watch/listen to the birds. The people who work there were so kind and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone not wanting to stay in London but looking for a more country side stay. Maidenhead was terrific and the food fantastic. Would stay again!!”

“Lovely room but pub was quite noisy until midnight. Cleaning was hit and miss - rug under bed was absolutely filthy - luckily there were slippers in the room! Breakfast was amazing though. The car park is very tight and through narrow roads with parked cars - I was fine but less confident drivers might struggle. ”

“A terrible experience. Broken bathroom fixtures, dirty floors, dirty towels, blocked showers/sinks/toilets, slow service, unfriendly staff ( apart from Vic, Charlie and Amelia who, to be fair, were genuine and tried their best). To call this hotel 5-star is frankly fraud. It’s a shabby hotel, rooms and service 2 stars at best. Do not stay here with your family.”
